was wrong about your possible using of your soft balancer. The problem was with the hardware load balancer and it started yesterday, 9/13, at about 2:40 am. (Also, I saw the same problem happening on 9/9 between 2:00 and 4:00 am). JEDI server pool on the balancer was configured for using “active cookie” method that’s not supported by the current JEDI client (that is ‘Ajax Proxy” running on general web servers).
